Appointments

To make an appointment, we ask you to fill out this form and send it to us. Same day appointment is no problem, the time doesn't have to be exact. Please still try to make the appointment a few days in advance.

If you're interested in specific instruments from our webshop please list them here so we can prepare everything for you to check them out. Most instruments are in our warehouse, not in the showroom. For accessories like strings, sticks, cables or for just looking around no appointment is necessary.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday trying out instruments or advice only with an appointment, on the other days it's optional but recommended to ensure appropriate service and consultation.

Visits are (Mo.-Fr. 9:30-18:00, Sa. 10:00-14:00, except holidays) always available, the store is open through the whole week, there will be no manual confirmation after your registration. The appointment is only important for us to prepare everything.
