Darkglass Element Headphone Amp / Cabsim

One comprehensive device, that out of the box offers a bank of 5 cabinet simulations, and the ability to change them through the Darkglass Suite, Bluetooth technology to listen to backing tracks while playing, rehearsing, or studying. Two headphone outputs to allow interaction among musicians. XLR output to connect the Element to your audio interface or PA system. With a uniquely innovative approach, the Element provides in one device an immensely practical tool to empower modern musicians.

Phones: Two touch sensitive volume control sliders, one for each headphone output.
Blend: A touch sensitive slider to set the blend between the main input (Instrument/Amp in) and the backing track (Bluetooth/Aux in) for the headphone out mix.
USB: One USB-C port for transferring impulse responses and firmware XLR output updates
Aux In: You can connect the line/headphone out of your laptop/keyboard/mixer etc. into the 3.5 mm aux input on the Element.

Darkglass Microtubes B3K V2 Bass Overdrive

With the Microtubes B3K v2 you get all the features of the original, with the ability to restore the mids for natural character. The attack switch has been replaced by the tone knob, giving much more control of the higher harmonic content (3 kHz to 8 kHz). The grunt switch is still present, as you would expect. The addition comes in the form of a mid boost, giving you a subtle 6dB boost from 300 Hz to 1 kHz to help you cut through a bit more.

Features

Blend: Mixes the clean input signal with the overdriven signal. The clean signal remains at unity gain while the volume of the overdriven signal is set by the Level knob, allowing for fine control of the blend ratio.
Tone: Controls the high frequency content of the sound. A variable low pass filter from 3kHz (ccw) to 8kHz (cw).
Level: Sets the volume of the overdriven signal.
Drive: Sets the amount of saturation in the overdriven signal.
Grunt: When engaged provides a massive low end boost to really thicken your sound.
Mid Boost: Gives a subtle 6dB boost from 300 Hz to 1kHz to help you cut through a bit more.

The Microtubes X series brings the studio method producers have been using the years to cover the whole bass distortion spectrum: from articulate high gain to punchy mild overdrive, raw and gnarly fuzz and everything in between. You now have absolute control in constructing your vision of what the perfect bass distortion texture, definition, and size should have.
