Shipping terms
Below you see a list of our shipping terms. For large/multiple/higher-insured packages the cost might increase, specific shipping cost will be calculated and shown during checkout after entering the shipping address.
For non-listed other regions please get in touch.
We usually ship via UPS or DHL.
Delivery time:
within Germany: up to 14 working days after payment receipt (usually 1 to 3 working days)
within the EU: up to 28 working days after payment receipt (usually 1 to 5 working days)
outside of EU: up to 3 months after payment receipt (usually 1 to 14 working days)
Upon request we might be able to offer express shipping at a surcharge.
All listed shipping charges include 19% VAT.
